Case Study
Our Challenge: How to embrace rapid growth and maintain our high standards for great service.
Managing a growing workload across a vast network of technicians
Having a single source of truth for technicians to communicate directly with clients and track their time spent at locations
Tracking spending across markets to understand what types of technicians are most needed and where
Since partnering with ServiceChannel, T&J Electric has been able to scale and streamline operational processes across all service locations in nine Northeastern states — from managing work orders, to invoice and payment tracking, to expenditure tracking for growth planning. This has allowed them to pivot to meet changing scopes of work more efficiently and respond in real time to customer calls.

Bringing amazing customer service, impressive span and extreme ability to a service channel that will be elevated by your presence. Well done T&J.
An excellent vendor to work with—their expansion into appliance services has been highly beneficial for Colbea Enterprises | Seasons Corner Market.
I wanted to let you know the ATS replacement project on Saturday went perfectly, other than it taking a lot longer than had been anticipated. Your 3 electricians (Tom, Mike, and Mike, and your apprentice, Jerry) worked nonstop, other than lunch (no stop for dinner), and they were very professional and courteous the entire day, even when we were all exhausted in the early hours of Sunday, they still smiled. Tom collaborated great with my generator tech as well.
